ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

<p>December 2016 I had storm damage to my house. Tiles broken on the roof ; ceilings that were water damaged and a clothing closet in my daughters room that had water damage. I filed a claim and then the problems started. First they could only help me in January 2017 because of the time of year and shortage of available contractors. After contacting them several more times a carpenter contractor came to make an assesment of the damage to the closet. After this he just simply dissapeared and I tried unsuccesfully to get the company to come back and do the work. Eventually after in February I managed to contact the company and they informed me that the assesor that did the quote left their company and nobody knows what happened to my quote. We made an appointment to do another assesment but they never pitched up for the appointment and did not contact me. I contacted the insurance and through them made another appointment , which they also never pitched up for. The insurance appointed another contractor to me and they made an appointment which they also did not keep and also did not phone to make another appointment. I contacted the contractor and he said that they would phone to make another appointment and this they also did not do. In the mean time the contractor appointed to do the repairs on my roof and ceilings did his assesment and in the middle of March they eventually did the repairs , which still left me with the closet that needed to be replaced. I again phoned the insurance and complained again about the service or complete lack thereof. It is now April and still nothing has been done. I asked to be put through to a manager at the Standard bank home insurance line , but instead the consultant just put me through to another consultant who also could not put me in contact with the manager. Instead she said that another contractor would be appointed to assist me.</p> <p>How long does it take do get proper assistance from them?</p>
