Absolute inhumane no care from Standard Bank their Service Providers and Kwikot

I am FURIOUS!! We have been sitting without a geyser since monday 15 December! The geyser was replaced in 2021 and is thus still under warranty—now the hassle is between the provider of the geyser and the plumber, and here we sit! No geyser! I had an operation on Thursday, and here we are, not able to take a bath and care for myself. I am UTTERLY disgusted that between Standard Bank and your plumber and their service provider, KWIKOT, NO ONE CARES! No follow-up, no progress report, absolutely nothing!! This is really the worst service I have ever come across!! The level of NO CARE is just beyond belief. I would not treat my worst enemy the way that you guys are treating us.
