Absolute dissapointment

<p>Insurance means nothing ,you pay every month for endless issues and with no return from them. I mean at the end of the day if you think about it ,it is our money that we are asking for back in a time of need ,we dont just have loads hiding under a matress and we count on our insurance to help us during times as such. we have an open field in the back of our house ,a huge river that fills to the max during heavy rains ,we fear for our safety yet our case has went right up to the ombudsman and the bank still won the case ?under what circumstance ?this is our money anyway ,can we please receive back all the wasted instalments we have paid the bank so that we can secure ourselves from very possible harm especially in South Africa with christmas closing in ,everything becomes so dangerous. When will the bank come to our houses and relook at the situation we are facing right now ,is there insurance that actually does what it needs to these days ?</p>
