A week waiting no contact made

I contacted Standard Bank Insurance last week Monday the only comunication a masage to say the company appointed to contact me to inspect the weather damage to my stack up door which never happened(not something new as always you need to contact SIL and hold for almost an hour which i dont have the energy for)
