A verry disappointed client

Hi im so disappointed in this insurance services I've been sending emails Nd contact them for almost two months I was chatting with one of the agents Nd it's so difficult to get hold of him also I have so many damages they don't even make a plan to call back or anything I think its so unfair for them to fo this cause never have i missed a payment and this is what im getting ****py service in return i had it i will go to every platforn nd shame them standard bank insurance is the worse the dont deliver as promised ...I didn't even get a reference number nothing .
