A veery bad service!

My Father has a funeral policy with the same bank he is using that is Standard Bank but to date he has not received a Policy contract, how is it possible? I sent an email on his behalf but to date there has been no response. A very bad service from the Company. He went to the Hartswater & Jankemp branches but he never received any assistance.
