A Praise Report for outstanding customer service

To Whom It May Concern

I would like to publically praise Phumi for her wonderful service. I was recently in a car accident wherein which the very first car I purchased was so damaged that it was deemed a right off. Phumi Empathised and went through the process with me. She explained everything meticulously, and patiently. She called me daily informing of me of what was happening and this gave me a sense of security and ease. I hope that everyone who has something horrible happen to them has help from a Phumi. I for one am very thankful.
