7 months Unresolved ***** of Pipes and Plumbing claim

22/111442 HLB*** I placed a claim probably 7 months ago and it was fully accepted. The claim was to fix the plumbing after a burglary and all the pipes was ******. This company does not care to resolve anything. and no work has started I send multiple emails to Standard bank Insurance and nothing as been resolved including to: Mahommed Shaffee Khan the Executive and Social Media Moderator. There assessor has been there 2 times and both times the claim was found to be legitimate. I have never experience a company that refuses to do what they should
