6 months to replace an awning.

I put in a claim in December which has been approved but my awning has still not been replaced. We are approaching 6 months and still the claim hasn’t been finalised. Call centre is not helpful at all and neither is the claims manager (I think that’s his role). They blame suppliers but I’m sure I wouldn’t take 6 months to get someone to install an awning…
