6 Months and waiting!
<p> In February this year I joined Standard Bank Insurance for my car. I have to date received no documentation/copies of my policy/do-not-tow stickers for my car. After communicating this through to an agent in June he assured me that he will send me the relevant documents as fats as possible. This is now August and I still haven't received anything!!! Really??!! How difficult can this be??!! Have someone call me with information and to confirm the address for sending ASAP!</p>

Also, do you realise how embarrassing it is having to explain to a car dealership why my insurance is so pathetic because he cannot even get them to assist him with my new car purchase???
