Earthquake claim rejected, Underwrite by Hollard. the entire windmill park is damaged, its on the news specific to our area and I receive a rejection letter. Rejection include poor timber quality, I have stack of material receipts, all new building material, My house is on IBR roofing and I used **** timber REALLY!!!!!!! Amongst other reasons, according to assessor the epicentre is in alberton!!! Wrong epicentre was presumed to be in alberton however confirmed by GEO Science to be near my area hence windmill park is on ENCA news as most damaged area and you are making all excuses not to pay, all houses are damaged, its a natural disaster, but you have to create reasons not to pay. A few assessors where appointed and never pitched, we were told there is a lot of earthquake claims hence the delays, untill I logged a complaint then a new assessor was appointed. Assessor was not aware there was an earthquake and after his delays the insurance instructed him to send an engineer who works along with him, obviously they will come to same conclusion, Rejecting letter came with pictures of hairline crack from plaster which are common after building, and missed major pictures of the cracks on the corners of the house which are earthquake damage related, very much a sign the engineer is working with the assessor,,,,,

I have since asked Hollard to send me a letter stating this house WILL NOT HAVE cracked had it been built according to the so called engineer specification, but they are refusing to send the letter for one simple reason, all houses are damaged in windmill park for earthquake reasons, I need that letter please as I am going the legal route, send me the letter this house would not have cracked if it was based on your assessor specifications
