5 Star Award to Stephina Kubu

I had a terrible experience with Standard Bank Insurance. there were 8 policies created in my name and my account was debited 8 times, So you can imagine how furious I was. I then called the call centre and was greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Stephina Kubu, she was polite, warm empathetic, and managed to calm me TF down with her kindness, she requested a bank statement, which I sent through, she followed through with this issue from start to finish, up until the money was in my account. She has also assisted me with work outside her department. I strongly believe that when an employee goes over and above their call of duty, they should be applaud. Thank you Stephina for reinstating my faith in your company. You are truly an asset to this business. Keep up the exceptional work I will not forget your name, because you made me feel like I mattered. I wasn’t just another call. I wish you well in all your future endeavours.
