<p>i hit a pothole on a friday afternoon which resulted in my tyre burst and mag broken. its audi mag and i was in Welkom so only option was to buy new set. the price was R12700 and to replace original audi mag almost the same.</p> <p>that monday i send all the neccesary documents to insurance and 3 weeks later i was informed that i will receive R 649 for my claim</p> <p> </p>
Standard Bank requested policy and my claim number 3 days which i gave them. still no awnser .
all i want to know is how did your team got the amount of R649?
i would have been stuck in that town if i were to wait from claims devision.
while you look at my policy take closer look what my premium is please you will see it goes with R10m public liabilty to.
if i struggle to get claim of R12700 i then dont want to think about worse things than can happen.
