4th time again issue with Standard Bank!

After a huge fight and sorting out my life insurance on my Standard Bank bond and told only one payment would go off for my bond/ life insurance, only my bond gone off today? Mailed the Complaints department but without any success. So tired of people who is *********** and not able to do their job!
