05 Apr 2022, 09:30On hold for 4 hours yesterday gave up after my battery died. Sent in 2 emails, only got an automated response back. Called in at 8 am this morning, now been on hold for an hour and a half. Still haven't heard anything after this was supposedly escalated. WHAT THE **** IS GOING ON?
