Hello my name is Ouma Modiba, on the 5th Oct 2022 i was involved in a car accident. The guy that bumped me at the back, i managed to take his number plate before he ran off. The insurance promised to investigate and the last time i checked my case was with legal department. I paid an amount of 8k for excess and in my understanding the guy was supposed to pay my excess.
