3rd party claim

I had a incident in July2017 and im still waiting on standard bank to pay out my 3rd party claim. The case has been handed over to Arangies attournies, I only get feedback when I sent them mails as I dont have a contact number. Anyhow,in december we where at a point where they asked for my proof of bankink details and the claim would be paid out within the next 30day, which would have been early January. In another email arangies inc said they waiting on proof of payment from there client, which I assume would be standard bank brokers. Been phoning them every other day but their leagal department is forever busy or as the lady just told me, on tea.
