😭😭😭3rd month not paid

They did investigation, they went to my mother's grave, but still has not payed, this is the 3rd month, i dont know what else they want, i will never recommend this insurance to anyone, im not gonna continue with this cover, coz if i die my children wont be payed😭😭😭😭
