3 Weeks of Leaks and no replies!

<p>The worst possible service recieved from Standard Bank Insurance, I put in a claim to get my roof repaired and Three weeks later and many phone calls with empty promises each time with the promise to call me back...</p> <p> </p> <p>Now after three weeks of me constantly presuing them I finally get told that they will not honer the claim as their appointed contractor has decide its not claim worthy, this after he told me personally at my house that it is most definatly a claim and they should have it sorted out in two days.</p> <p> </p> <p>When did insurance become the standard for poor service in South Africa. Home insurance is most definitely a **** Standard Bank has created to make more money from its unfortunate clients. </p> <p> </p> <p>Hellopeter please make a negative star button, Giving them One star seems unjust!</p>
