3 Months Later still no results - "It's like watching a MAFIA movie"

INSURANCE: A CONTRACT PURCHASED TO GUARANTEE COMPENSATION FOR A SPECIFIED LOSS ......in my case insurance for immovable assets paid every month to STANDARD BANK. On the night of 14 July 2017 my retaining walls of my back yard colleps. All the water pipes in the wall burst and besides the stones, cement concrete blocks, bricks and mud ground covered my back yard. The kitchen door could not open, windows in the kitchen were broken. The water of the broken water pipes entered my house, we closed the water supply. Three weeks later Standard Bank's building contractor was on the premises, very helpful and telling by looking at the bricks he could tell how old the wall was, and with years this can happened. Then we waited for an Insurance loss Adjusters after numerous calls to Standard Bank again. We fixed our water supply to the house the first day, at our own cost, get three helpers to move the rubble just to open the back door because my sick, helpless mother is living in the granny flat between the rubble and need nursing. We could not reach her flat! Then Dean Ramsamy at Peter Greeff Associates KZN arrived after numerous calls to Standard Bank again. Then waiting period start again and calling complaint department with the REF: ********** 171 and then Mr Dean Ramsamy's report:' sorry can't help or replace the wall it's due to the roots of the Bougainvillea...........????????? On 28 August 2017 a complain went again to Standard Bank's complaint department. Then a nice standard letter of sorry for the bad service is email by Mr Mohamed Khan, that is not Standard Bank's level of service, please phone me on ********** 172. Maybe the wrong telephone nr because it's never been answered. Luckily with the moveable assets I insured with SANTAM and the claim is paid out a month ago. We have no wall to the street or any fens to protect the family living on the premises ses, we live each day looking into a mess and when it rain like today my kitchen is full of water and dirt, the rats as big as cats is running around the mess coming from the street, my mother is bounded in her flat because her staircase is falling to pieces and a 73 year old with chronic osteoarthritis can't walk down the stairs with safety, can't even go to the fisio she needs to attend weekly.
