2mnth old Unresolved Query Standard Bank

<p>I have been trying for 2mnths to get my query resolved with no avail. I mailed your contact centre numerous times, called in to advise yourselves not to pay the three debits orders as I had made arrangements to pay them at a later date as I was waiting for a deposit . Despite my instructions you still won't refund me the bank charges you took. Very disappointed as this query was logged in July and still remain unresolved.</p>
