24 Months since reported and still nothing sorted by Standard Bank Home-owners Insurance!

I have several faults at my premises that are under cover with Standard Bank Home-Owners Insurance - it is exactly now 24 months since I first reported these faults and we are just being ignored!!! I think it is time to get the ombudsman involved and also get forensics to do an audit on our Standard Bank Home Loan as we noticed that our outstanding balance on this particular bond has never been re-calculated re outstanding balance everytime the interest rate changed - as the interest must then also be recalculated! I give Standard bank 24 Hour Notice to attane to this matter and contact me urgently!
