Please advise what is causing the delay because I have spoken with a consultant who advised that you will make a payment of the damages.

This claim has been active for over a month now, almost 2 months. It's convenient for you guys to take money from my account but cannot fulfill your obligation when it's time to reimburse a client.

Please advise what is going on with my claim because this delay is further risking further ruins to my property.

Please be professional enough to answer my emails. I've been sending mails with no response.
