Can you give lower than a 1 star?! Absolutely shocking service from standard bank insurance. How does a burst geyser (quiet common I might add) not get processed?! You communication is SHOCKING, even if you try escalate the claim.

My claim will not be processed as STD Bank Insurance wanted me at 7months pregnant to climb into my roof, walk along the beams and take photos of my burst geyser at 11pm at night.
