2023 we had a storm in my area, my house roof was damaged

2023 we had a storm in my area, my house roof was damaged. I lodged a claim with the insurance and the sent a contractor to do repairs on my roof. After that I began experiencing leaks on the roof. I lodged a claim again this year and they sent a contractor to come evaluate. After that they sent another person by the name Brendon Ball to do assessment. They told me that he said the leaks are due to lack of maintenance. My question how could that be a case when my house was not leaking and it’s only started to leak after the storm. I have been with this insurance for over 10 years now and they now **** me like this. How can I continue trust them with my house going forward. The storm we had was terrible lots of buildings in the area were damaged due to strong winds.
