Good would like to complain for not been help at standard bank claim department From 12/03/2026 we had Bust Geyser and damaged selling My husband to wonderpark,Rosslyn en shoshanguve mall standarbank so he can claim on our home insurance no help they just told him to call he call being transfered from this department to that We tried online is not helpful it will phush u to start again en again I was calling on his behalf at work from 08h00 they will transfer you to this en that when you ask the one who answer will say it's correct number but you will hold for long for almost 15min to 30min to 1hr no ans from where ever they have transfered you We used number *** *** *** this one is more worse ring for long and it goes to voicemail At the bank they told us their call center is 24hrs but no help at We are paying insurance every month but when we want help no help. We dnt have Geyser we strugle en now it damage selling..please help us for this people to do our claim Thank u
