11 months and no payout
<p>I have been struggling since January to get a payout for windows damages. i have made more than 25 calls and many more emails. everytime i call someone will call me back. never happens. managers are always in a meeting. if this doesn't get sorted out within a week. im going to the ombudsman . </p>
