10 Years No Hot Water thanks to Standard Bank Insurance!

Yup! True story! They are PATHETIC! After hail damage in 2012 (October will be 10 years ago). Their plumbers installed an indirect solar system as a direct system, causing it to pop again and have now been avoiding me for a number of years. Forcing me to use a camping shower! Not only that but they have refused to fix a water pipe that burst. A ceiling that colapsed. And their work men left holes in my paving allowing water to build up and most likely destroy the foundations of my building! I can not put what i actually think of them as i dont wish to use language of that nature! So PATHETIC is the word for now!
