10 weeks and counting on insurance claim

<p>I opened a claim with Standard Bank Insurance on Friday 2 June and 10 weeks later have still not received approval or constructive feedback. I was asked for a copy of the police statement 6 weeks after opening the claim - surely this info should be requested in the first week or two? I supp**** the statement the very next day, there has been no delay on my side in getting any requested documents to them. Email correspondence over the past two weeks has been exceptionally vague and I had to send three emails before I eventually received a reply. Am I going to have to wait another 10 weeks for this to get sorted?!?! </p>
