1 YEAR LATER I STILL DON'T HAVE COMPLETE DOCUMENTS

<p>I took out vehicle insurance a year ago and I have not received a full insurance pack from Standard Bank. I have called so many times and nothing was done. I was patient due to the Post Office strikes but it's been months and nothing. They promised to deliver the stickers to my workplace in a matter of days. The delivery was made 2 weeks later when I was no longer at work- which I explicitly told them upon the promise of face to face delivery. The driver said he would arrange delivery the next day to my home address and guess what 2 months later NOTHING AS PER USUAL with the blue bank!</p>
