1 week later still no payment for Funeral cover

Why am i still struggling to get payment for my Aunt's funeral cover? i submitted this claim last week Tuesday and still no payment? mind you i have my husband and my Mom's funeral cover with you also, is this what i am going to experience should something happen to them? i had to take loans to help burry my Aunt a week later still nothing?
