We've lodged a claim for hail damage, sent follow up emails but no response. Eventually got notification that a contractor has been appointed, few weeks have passed and no contractor has contacted us, no update on the claim. Nothing at all, unable to reach them telephonically.

07 Dec 2017, 10:59Lodged the complaint on the 1st. It is now the 7th and still no response. If I do not receive a reply within today or tomorrow I will lodge a complaint every day up until we receive feedback. It's impossible to het through on the above number.
