I have been unable to reach anyone at this so called "insurer". I have tried every avenue available. Calling (with some calls holding for over an hour), the call back options, sending emails, the website (that is not functioning correctly) and the app. Whilst I am left frustrated and enraged, the damage to my property is getting worse with each passing day. If I could give a zero rating I would. If you need to get insurance, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS
