WORST INSURANCE COMPANY IN SOUTH AFRICA

Registered a claim on the 12 July 2023, On the 22 July after their contractors gave their quotes for damages I decided to take the cash payout, I phoned them on the 22 July to inform them I am taking a cash payout, Since then I phone them every day asking where we are with the claim and every single day they tell me that the claim is with management. Friday 2 August spoke to Janine who told me they will send through the release form within a hour, Monday 5 August I spoke to Balissa she will get management to phone be back, Tuesday I spoke to Suzkile who promised they will get back to me, Yesterday I spoke to Thuli who spoke with her supervisor Charmain Makgale and I was told within the hour they will send me release form, to date nothing NOBODY phones you back and no Release form is end. It is now three weeks with no feed back - Terrible company to do business with you can pay your insurance every month BUT THEN YOU CLAIM then you find out what insurance company you are actually dealing with???????
