Unsatisfied customer

In January 2025 we had storm at welkom so my house was damaged 💔 😢 due to that, the insurance didn't approve my claim. My issue is we pay insurance for them to make money come claim time you won't even get the assessment report from assigned evaluation company to know their assessment but you only receive rejection letter with clear explanation of why you can't be hlep. Standard bank home loan insurance does not have good customer care services, they only want our money they won't help you shame
