Unprofessionalism in attending to building claims

They are terrible and lack the ethics of sending professional assessors when a building damage is claimed. On the 15 Nov '23 Standard bank sent a crazy plumber to give a silly opinion instead of sending an assessor. Why should they put the cart before the horse. I regret trusting Standard bank Homeloan Insurance, they collude with ******.
