Standard Bank keeps on increasing the bond settlemt payments rates

Standard Bank Homeloan department is rotten to the core. Last week Friday I settled the bond payment. Next thing I was told th

ere was a shortfall of R19, I first transferred R40 and later on R100 when I saw that they did not remove the R19 latest balance on the bond settlemt. Yesterday I was told it has INCREASED to R4250 how is that possible when I paid even more what was expected of me. Come on Standard Bank you can do better, stop robbing pensioners of their hard earned money.
