Standard Bank Insurance Bad Experience

My geaser has been broken for about a week. I've logged an email to standard bank insurance that same day even went to the bank ans they told me best would be to come bank Monday morning.

My wife called their customer service department, and stood on the line for about 3 hours and 15 min, just holding on. Numerous emails was send, no reaponse received.

My wife eventually emailed their complaints dept, there we received a response someone will be in touch with us.

Their services is pathetic to say the least. I will never ever recommend anyone to them, never. They are ao serious about client services, but don't apply it at all!!!!
