My house was paid up in 2019 and we didnt know know that we were supposed to close/ cancel the bond and 6yrs later we get an sms that we are owing R27 000 for insurance and when we tell them that we want to cancel the insurance as I am no longer working and no income they are refusing and it keeps on increasing.😡😡
