Standard Bank Homeloan - it3b certifcate required

Hi Standard Bank. I’m generally happy with your service, but I need some assistance. Could you please provide me with an IT3(b) certificate for my home loan?

I’ve already sent a request via email to *** , but I’m not sure if that’s the correct department to handle this. I’m currently outside South Africa, so I’m unable to visit a branch in person.

I’d really appreciate guidance on the correct process or confirmation of where I should direct my request. Thank you.
