Standard bank homeloan insurance are the worst

Once again standard bank home insurance shows why they rated as putrid. Almost a month later,my ceiling and cupboards are not fixed yet, due to water damage. I called them 5 times yesterday, and eventually they approved the cupboard qoute after it has been with them longer than a week..the problem now..I took off from work,because the builders was coming to do the ceiling..now they can't because the cupboard qoute was approved yesterday after 16:30..I have had insurance over several years..never never have I had an insurer like Standard bank homeloan insurance..pls do not take them as a building insurer is my best advice to anyone..and until they can change my mind with outstanding service, I will recommend this to everyone I speak to and my clients
