Standard Bank Home loan insurance with their Home loan. Department in my view *******ly deduct premiums for over 2 years without a policy issued

Three weeks ago I laid a complaint on Hello Peter against Standard Bank Home loan insurance for *******ly in my view deducting short term house premiums as part of my home loan for the past two years and never Issued a policy to me. I was under the impression a policy was issued more than 2 years ago but when I wanted to claim recently I discovered Standard Bank never issued me with the policy and it was a pending status. I contacted them and lodge a complaint on Hello Peter. They were very quick to sent me an email stating that they will appoint a resolution manager and the matter will be resolved within a week. Well it's almost 3 weeks...They have apologized but have not refunded my money lost with interest and they have not stopped or changed the debit order. I certainly don't want their I insurance anymore. They had the odesity to asked me if it is a free standing house or part of a body corporate and ignore the fact that they take a premium on a monthly basis *******ly without a policy. I am going the route of the short term insurance ombudsman and also consider laying a case of theft at with the South African Police.
