Standard bank home loan insurance reaped me off

Standard bank home loan insurance: Standard bank financed me in buying a house and insured the same house. Then in less than 10 months I suffered damages due to a storm, they are now repudiating the claim when I'm in need of the same house they evaluated to be complient less than 10 months ago.
