Standard Bank Home Loan Insurance is not paying

I phoned them many times towards the end of last year. They kept me on the phone until I run out of airtime. In February this year I phoned them from inside the branch. I made a claim about my leaking roof. They told me that they do not cover for it because it stared leaking last year and I did not report it. I explained to the lady that I phoned them many times last year but they kept me holding until my airtime runs out.

She said she is going to lodge the claim. I never heard from them since then. My roof is leaking like never before. When it is raining I have to put about 6 to ten containers on the floor.

I do not have money to repair the roof since I have to pay standard bank home loan R7789.00 every month.

I trusted them but this is heartbreaking...
