Standard bank home insurance

I live in Uitenhage (Kariega), i have a home loan and insurance with Standard bank, we had two floods, and Standard bank declined the claims. After numerous mails Standard bank has not rep****. My last mail to Standard bank was on the 5 December 2024 and still today Standard bank has not as much as rep****. The way Standard bank handled the claim was unfair and without any support or help from Standard bank. very disappointed.
