STANDARD BANK CLAIMS DEPARTMENT USELESS SAMANTHA RAMISUR

This is absolutely ridiculous, last year Oct 2024 we have a leak in our roof and standard bank sent people to come and fix it, they forgot to close one of the valves in the roof after I paid for new pipes. I tried to get STD bank out as we had water coming through like a fountain in both bathrooms after 2 weeks they came out and said sorry the valve was not closed. Since then, I have been dealing with Samantha Ramisur we have such bad damping in the bedroom damaged roof and rats in the roof due to the damp. The bathrooms tiles have opened, and she just refuses to answer any of my emails at all and to get hold of her is absolutely impossible. This is the worst service i have ever had in my life my asthma is back after 16 years due to the damp in our bedroom and our mirror its totally unacceptable that standard bank has such *********** people working for them. I have no idea what to do anymore with a useless company like this
