STANDARD BANK BUILDINGS INSURANCE A NUISANCE

Yesterday, I got a call and a message from STD BANK that the claim has been submitted and registered and that Gauteng Home Solutions and Constructions has been appointed to do the works, I called them yesterday and they said, they will send someone out yesterday, its safe to say I went to bed with no show from the company, this morning, I took it upon myself to call them again, they said they will get back to me, called them an hour later after my initial call, then they informed me that they have withdrew from the job and have informed standard bank, I mean what is this when my property is being flooded and I am in an emergency situation, i tried calling standard bank line this morning and I have been holding for over 20 mins till I hung up, standard bank insurance is terrible is a no go area, I will advise against taking any standard bank insuranc product, their service is super terrible, annoyance
