Shocking service Standard Bank Homeload Insurance

Absolutely shocking service. I registered my claim 6 weeks ago, had to download the app first as no answer to phones, then managed to register the claim. Assessor came out and assessed damage - and dissappeared!!! Eventuall tracked them down and they told me my claim is still awaiting review. When you call Standard Bank insurance no one answers - held on (on two occassions) on my cell phone for 50 minutes then had to go!!!!!!!
