SHOCKING SERVICE

So dual insurance has been paid for nearly 7 years. The other party refunded immediately. Standard bank simply refuse to engage - 34 emails and counting. I have threatened, pleaded, got angry........ nothing. The person who has been recieving the mail is an embarrassment to their employer.
