REFUND LONG OVERDUE

i cancelled my payment of HOMEOWNERS insurance not to charge on my homeloan account in MAY this 2025, it was actioned and it started to debit on my chq acc, STANDARD BANK HOMELOAN INSURANCE debited my account on the 03rd May and charged it on my homeloan account. ive been calling and was transferred from pillar to post. i called CRC today, promised that will get a reference number and nothing. im waiting for my refund. REVERSE MY MOOLA HOME OWNERS INSURANCE
